TUBULAR STEEL FRAMES

Made of 1 inch cold rolled steel with
.035 inch,.049 inch and .069 inch wall
thickness. Each steel tube is cut and
precision milled then placed in its
jig and then arc-welded on the inside
of the frame giving the appearance of
molded steel. This process insures
the highest quality fabrication and
maximum rigidity.

#PRO-24 AMP STAND

TABLE TOPS

Built from high pressure laminate,
each top has 45 degrees cut corners and
beveled edges. All sides of this
uniquely designed top are uniformly
finished. Thick glass is also used
in some of our designs and one inch
beveled edge surrounds each top.

STEEL FINISHES

Applied to frames after steel
fabrication. Powder coated finish
is baked on at 450 degrees. Wrinkle
Black is our most popular finish.
Other unique choices are Desert
Sand and a clear lacquer finish
hand Brushed Steel.

SHELVING

Shelves are built from 3/4" high
pressure composite board with
laminated front and bottom and
PVC edge banded sides. Shelves
are screwed directly into component
racks insuring stability and
increasing overall rigidity.
Some designs feature glass and
or laminated shelves that rest
on plastic supports.

I-BEAM DESIGNS

These component racks are created
from 3" I-beam steel columns
weighing 5.7 lb per ft. Wrinkle
black powdered coat finishes are
applied to beams. Shelves are
supported by 3/4" round tubular
brushed steel connector bars.
Units are available with 3/8"
glass or 3/4" high pressure
laminate shelves. These designs
are ready to assemble yet
extremely rigid.

#AV SERIES/RTA DESIGN

Most designs feature adjustable
shelving every 2.5". Side columns
are made from 1" x 2" tubular
steel posts. Steel connector
