What does a Billy Bags 'Blow Out' really mean?
Billy Bags is a custom fabrication company that will occasionally produce a rack that does not pass our rigorous inspection process, or builds a custom rack that a customer changed their mind about.
None of these products (Custom or Blemished) are sold through dealerships; dealers only carry new items or made to order units.
Consequently, many of our Blow Out items end up as showroom displays, and we are currently overstocked.
